SUMMER STEAM, August 17 and 18
INVITATION

We hereby invite the owners of a working LOCOMOTIVE and all our members to participate. Unlike the steam days at Pentecost, there will be no exhibition space!

Participants receive free daily identification, a lunch, a T-Time and 12 consumption tokens per day. Companions can also get all of this but have to pay € 12 for each day. More vouchers can always be purchased at the bar (moderate price).

Participants with a steam vehicle have to submit a valid test certificate for the boiler. All owners of a participating vehicle must be covered by insurance 'civil liability'.

ATTENTION ! After inscription through the inscription form, “participants” will receive a confirmation on which the due amount will be mentioned. As soon as this amount is booked on our bank account the inscription becomes definitive.

No camping is provided by our association, but addresses for overnight stays can be found trough the internet(https://toerismeturnhout.turnhout.be/slapen-2). There are many attractive hotels, B&B's and campsites in Turnhout and in the suburbs.

• Saturday August 17

  • 10:00 h. : Reception of the participants, SGT building open, locomotives are prepared and can go on the tracks

  • 12:00 h. : lunch

  • 16:00 h. : T-Time

  • 18:00 h. : SGT building closed

  • 18:30 h. : evening meal (see menu)

   

• Sunday, August 18

  • 10:00 u. : SGT building open, locomotives are prepared and can go on the tracks

  • 12:00 u. : lunch

  • 16:00 u. : T-Time

  • 18:00 u. : SGT building closed

  • 18:00 u. : end

  • 18:30 h. : BBQ (see menu)
